* Step 1 - Soak the seeds

* Step 2 - Spread the seeds over the stainless steel mesh

Easy to Clean

The terra cotta tray (white tray not available) allows the sprout roots to grow through the stainless steel sieve. When it is time to harvest or clean up, just slice or pull the roots off the screen with a knife.

The roots can be washed separately, without the risk of injuring the fragile plants.
